The information below is the general process by which we execute our work. This information is subject to change depending on different projects and circumstances.

Driveway Seal Coat Work
  • Clean existing blacktop free of dirt and debris
  • Apply one coat of Seal Master emulsion pavement sealer by hand using brushes (Material contains 2-4 lbs. of sand per gallon)

  • Clean existing blacktop free of dirt and debris
  • Apply 2 coats of Sealmaster asphalt emulsion pavement sealer mixed with 2-4 lbs. of sand per gallon
    • 1st coat to be applied with squeegee to fill voids
    • 2nd coat to be sprayed for improved wearability
  • [Optional] Add V-M or Top Tuff latex additive to material at 1-2% for tougher wearing surface, quicker drying ability, and darker appearance
